Order Processing
Orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid options.

Local Delivery (Karachi): 4-5 business days  
Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days  
Delays may occur during public holidays or sales events.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.  
Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (over 3000 Rs).  
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your package.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a package returns due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
