Return & Refund Policy

At Zayrah Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.  
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
• Used skincare or cosmetic products  
• Items without original packaging  
• Customized or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you via email.  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
